The owner of the online store lavandamania.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Web Store) is [CATz Soft OÜ] (registration code [10554099]), located at Taludevahe 96/1, Tallinn 13516, Estonia.

Validity of Sales Agreement, Product, and Price Information

These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Web Store.

The prices of the products sold in the Web Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price of the goods.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the order process.

Information about the product is provided directly alongside the product in the Web Store.

Ordering

To order a product, you need to add the desired items to your shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required fields and choose a suitable method of delivery for the products. Then, the screen will display the total amount to be paid, which can be paid through a bank link or another payment solution listed below:

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside of the Online Store in a secure environment – when using internet banking, payment is made in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when using a credit card, payment is made in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card data. The contract is considered effective from the moment the payment amount is credited to the Online Store’s settlement account.

The owner of the Online Store is the responsible data processor for personal data and transmits the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to product unavailability or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including the cost of delivering the goods) will be refunded promptly but no later than within 14 days from the date of the notification.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed alongside the shipping method.

Shipments within Estonia generally reach the buyer’s designated destination within 3 – 7 working days from the date the sales agreement becomes effective. Outside Estonia, delivery takes place within 7 – 14 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the store may deliver the goods within a period of up to 45 calendar days.

Delivery partners are: DPD, Omniva and Itella via parcel lockers.

When delivering the merchandise to the buyer’s selected Omniva, DPD, or Itella SmartPOST parcel locker, a delivery fee will be added to the price of the merchandise, according to the pricing list of the chosen parcel locker, which is displayed in the online store next to the shipping method.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to a contract the object of which is the transfer of a thing in a sealed package which is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and if it is open after delivery and in other cases listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act.

To exercise the 14-day withdrawal right, the ordered product must not be used in any way other than necessary to ascertain its nature, properties, and functionality, as allowed for testing a physical store.

If the product has been used for any other purpose than necessary to ascertain its nature, properties, and functionality, or if it shows signs of use or wear, the Web Store has the right to reduce the refund accordingly due to the decrease in the product’s value.

To return the product, the buyer must submit a notice of withdrawal from the purchase of the product. The notice of withdrawal must be sent to the email address within 14 days of receiving the product.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is that the item does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

The buyer must return the product within 14 days after submitting the notice of withdrawal or provide proof that they have handed over the product to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

The Web Store will refund the returned product to the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal, including all fees received from the buyer under the contract.

The Web Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the returned item or until the buyer has provided evidence of returning the item, depending on which occurs first.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Web Store, the Web Store is not required to refund the additional costs exceeding the standard delivery cost.

The Web Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the product if the price of the product in the online store has been significantly misstated due to an error.

Right to File a Complaint

The Web Store is responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the contract or defects in the product sold to the buyer, which were present at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years from the delivery of the product to the buyer. During the first six months after delivery, it is assumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. Disproving this assumption is the responsibility of the Web Store.

If a defect is identified, the buyer has the right to contact the Web Store within two months by sending an email to [email address] or calling [phone number].

The Web Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the product has been handed over to the buyer.

If a product purchased from the Web Store has defects for which the Web Store is responsible, the Web Store will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Web Store will refund all fees paid by the buyer under the sales contract.

The Web Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Web Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, and bank details) only for processing orders and delivering products to the buyer. The Web Store may disclose personal data to companies providing transportation services for the purpose of delivering the goods.

The Web Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to receive them by providing an email address on the website and indicating a preference for receiving direct marketing messages.

The buyer can opt out of receiving offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us by email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints about the Web Store, they should send them to the email address info@lavandamania.eu.klient.veebimajutus.ee or call +372 56 299 777.

If the buyer and the Web Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure can be found at https://komisjon.ee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Web Store. The examination of the buyer’s complaint by the committee is free of charge.
